Holiday Delivery Schedule
During the holiday period we will be operating with reduced staff so please expect a delay to normal time-lines with delivery of your order. From Friday 20th December orders will be despatched in the week commencing 6th January 2020. No option for Express Post is available during this period. In the meantime please enjoy a safe holiday period.
Where applicable, freight will be charged at the following rates and will be added to your shopping cart at the time of checkout.
Free freight offer for purchases over $150.00 retail is calculated on the cost of the goods only; ie, postage charges do not make up part of the $150.00.
Free freight offer and Express Post are available only for deliveries within Australia.
** Deliveries of large/bulky orders may incur additional charges, as well as to certain destinations. We will contact you in such an event to discuss increased shipping costs.
****** Please note that each individual country has different customs and duty charges, it will be the responsibility of the receiver to pay for these charges. Goods will not be released by the carrier until the charges have been paid in full. It would be prudent to check with local authorities to ascertain the charges, or Google Duty Tax calculator for particular country. Deliveries of large/bulky orders may incur additional charges. We will contact you in such an event to discuss increased shipping costs.

All parcels are despatched from Melbourne, Australia.
We endeavour to despatch orders within two business days. Shipping times for retail orders are estimated at between 5-7 working days within Australia and 10-15 working days internationally depending on the destination of the purchase. Please allow extra time for peak periods. Orders that include Express Post are given priority for despatch. Follow the link to ascertain Australia Post’s next day delivery zones. Please allow more time during peak periods approaching Father's Day and Christmas.
We suggest delivery direct to your home or workplace as goods are required to be signed for. Delivery to a street address is preferable as most post office boxes are not sufficient in size to accommodate orders and/or the goods cannot be signed for.
In the event that our carrier is unsuccessful in delivering to you on more than one occasion, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse. In the event that this occurs any additional freight charges will be incurred to resend your parcel.
Delivery lead times are estimated as accurately as possible. We will not be held liable for third party delays including but not limited to carrier delays, natural weather events, peak freight periods, country’s customs (export/import) clearance requirements etc. No compensation will be paid in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded.
Goods delivered within Australia will be sent via eParcel.
Goods delivered internationally will be sent via DHL.
